Welcome to the Bavarian representative office in Saudi Arabia
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia covers most of the area of the Arabian Peninsula. With almost 35 million inhabitants, the Kingdom also offers the largest sales market in the Gulf region. With Vision 2030, the Kingdom has been in an economic and social transformation process for years aiming to further diversify the economy. The most important topics in Saudi Arabia are as follows: tourism, health care, renewable energy and hydrogen as well as petrochemistry. In these areas, there are particular business opportunities. Bavaria has had a representative office at the German-Saudi Arabian Liaison Office for Economic Affairs for Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Yemen in Riyadh in Saudi Arabia since August 2020.
